I, Doug and my wife Ting Panares had been in Real Estate as Sales Team since 2000 after 11 years as an Oversea Filipino Worker in AbuDhabi, UAE and as 3 years in California as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Ting after a year resigned her job as a P.E. High School Teacher in order to assist me.

Our combined experiences immediately built trust and confidence from our clients who are mostly OFW, Balikbayans, Foreigners and local clients looking for home and good real estate investment.
